(TSX-V: AAA) ("Allana" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted a total of 2,030,000 options under the stock option plan of the Company to various officers, directors and consultants. The options have an exercise price of $0.62 per option exercised and will vest immediately subject to the statutory four month hold. The options shall expire five years from the date of grant and remain subject to regulatory approval.
